About Rob
Hello! My name is Rob Bollinger and I'm the Owner and President of Rob The Handyman home improvement and handyman services. I want to sincerely thank you for considering me for your next project!
The first thing you should know about me is that I've been doing home improvement, home remodel and handyman services work since I was in high school. At the young age of 18, I worked for a local plumbing and heating company that performed kitchen remodels and bathroom remodels to existing homes. I also installed plumbing and heating in new homes. During my early days in college, I worked for a friend's father, who was a residential contractor building new homes from the ground up! During that time I framed homes, roofed them, installed windows, installed siding, installed/finished the sheet rock and installed cabinets and trim throughout the home. I've been performing kitchen remodels, home repairs, home remodels, home maintenance, building maintenance, home improvements, bathroom remodels, room painting and small business facility repairs ever since!
Secondly, you should know that I am the Founder and President of a 501c3 non-profit organization called: Nehemiah's Restoration and because I do not draw a salary from this non-profit, Rob The Handyman is what I do for a living.
The final thing you should know about me is I have had many careers in my life-time.
I spent over 20 years in the high-tech industry as an engineer and manager. I was a Divisional Business Manager for one of the world's leading suppliers of earthquake, vehicle and flight simulators for many years and with it I have made an impact on improving the quality of life for people around the globe.
Later in life I served as an ordained minister of the Church of the Nazarene and spent seven years overseeing 100 plus ministries as the Executive Pastor for a church of 1500 in Westminster, Colorado.
Most recently I was the CEO of a Commercial General Contractor called, Mishler Construction. During my time there, I helped Mishler re-brand and strategize its future business model by emphasizing its strength as a quality church & medical facilities builder.
I'm a humanitarian and have served as a short-term missionary on construction and re-construction projects to the countries of Ethiopia, Sudan, Uganda, Egypt, Kenya, Somalia, Trinidad and the United States of America.
Most importantly you should know that I love people... I'm an extremely conscientious person with a strict attention to detail on my projects... I'm dependable and I never start a new job before finishing the current one... I'm a professional in every aspect of my business... I'm trustworthy and see my work for my clients as a way to serve them.
